The original assignment for this project was to create an art piece that includes trash and the environmental impacts of pollution. For my art piece, I decided to connect it to fashion which is something I'm very passionate about. My initial inspiration for this project was fast fashion and the environmental detriment that it creates. I also thought about the large amount of textile waste from our mass consumption of clothing. This art piece symbolizes the future of fashion where we can have constantly evolving styles, but still manage to be sustainable.
